MHC FINANCE AWARDED MASTER AGENCY FOR SPRINGHILL CEMETERY OCTOBER 2010

MHC FINANCE awarded master agency and financial management of Springhill Cemetery - Lichfield.

 

This Multi Million Pound development achieved planning permission in Jan 2010 as a 36 acre burial ground. 

4,200 Plots have been made available for purchase off plan, with proceeds being placed under MHC Finance's care while the development is built out.

 

As of December 2011, the plot allocation is just OVER 90% SOLD OUT, with buyers coming from all over the world, including SIPP and Pension funds purchasing on site. 

 

The site is due to open in March 2012, when management will be provided for ongoing site services and sales.
